What is ONMISSION?
ONMISSION is a week-long retreat that helps high school students transition from being participants in their youth ministry to being co-laborers for the kingdom of God.
We equip students to live ONMISSION for King Jesus by speaking to their heads, touching their hearts, and training their hands for the advancement of the kingdom.

ONMISSION 2026 had 20 students from two churches.
It was our first year to host in Waco at Journey and Camp Fimfo.
There were moments of:
tears and laughter,
repentance and forgiveness,
play and rest,
worship and study,
nervousness and boldness.
The Spirit was among us. Our lives will forever be changed.

Our hope for you: That this would be a week for you to truly pastor your students. You are not expected to be: a teacher, an event planner, a hype-man. We would like to do that work for you so that you can have the space to spiritually invest in your students.
Our hope for your ministry: That this week would radically transform the way your students think about their personal relationship with Jesus and their role in the ministry you lead. We pray that you arrive with students and leave with co-laborers for the kingdom of God.
